I have been in business as a therapist and coach for over 15 years.  Over those 15 years, I have worked with many assistants, from in-person to virtual, from individuals to companies.

While some of these assistants have been good, none were excellent.  These often began by being thorough and timely, but soon slipped into being average and disappointing. As soon as my partner, Brian, and I started working with Jenn, I was immediately blown away by the expertise, intelligence, motivation, creativity, and care that Jennifer exhibited.

I knew from the first moment that we connected that she would take care of our business and take care of it well.  Actually, beyond well. I also knew that she would take care of us, listen to us, accommodate us, rescue us (at times) and behave in the most trustworthy manner with us. And she has never ever disappointed.  Ever.

I have literally never worked with an assistant who has made no mistakes during a launch! NONE!  With Jenn, the one mistake that occurred in our launch was not her fault and she immediately fixed it! I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it never has. As we get ready to embark on another launch, I am actually so excited to work with Jenn again because I love being on a team with her.

Not only because I trust her professionally, but I also trust her in her ability to communicate with me when obstacles arise.  She is a true grown up and I value that more than anything else. I highly, highly recommend Jennifer for any of your projects.  She is a true gem.

When I entered the virtual marketplace, I was certain of two things.

One was how powerfully effective I was with my clients, doing the work I am skilled at doing. The other was how unskilled I felt around marketing my work in the virtual world.

Years ago, as a film and video producer, I learned what it took to put the myriad pieces together to present a cohesive display to my clients and audience. And yet, when I entered the current paradigm of online marketing, I felt lost, frustrated, out of my element.

I needed help. So, I hired an assistant, then another, and still another. Though I learned valuable lessons from each of them, too many of those lessons came from the simple, costly mistakes those trusted assistants made.

Along came Jenn. Almost immediately, I experienced a great sigh of relief when I realized I could trust placing my business needs into her hands. I have not met a more dedicated, thoughtful, inspired, motivated, honest, willing, supportive, and –when needed– ass-kicking virtual assistant.

Working with Jenn allows me to focus more on what I am skilled at and enjoy doing, because I know she has my back and is handling the rest. I don’t lose sleep worrying about a hundred little details, because I know Jenn’s on it.

My partner and I are sincerely excited about launching our next campaign, knowing that we are in the good hands of a passionate and knowledgeable virtual professional.  Jenn is more than a colleague, she is an ally and, I like to think, a trusted friend.
